Experian continues to repeatedly, consistently, and willfully be negligent by violating my federally protected rights under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act ( TVPA ) /Regulation V, FCRA and FDCPA. On or about XX/XX/2023, I entered into Experian 's website, via the e-OSCAR system, the federally required documentation to evidence my victimization under TVPA/Regulation V. On or about XX/XX/2023, Experian sent an email denying my documents and request to have certain specific information deleted. I also resubmitted the documentation Experian requested even though that information was already submitted to Experian in the initial submission. Still Experian was willfully negligent by not complying with the federal law of TVPA and SUBJECTED ME to FURTHER VICTIMIZATION. Experian continues to subject me to further victimization by failing to follow federal law of TVPA and Regulation V in regard to my status determination of being a victim of human trafficking. I submitted a third complaint regarding this SAME ISSUE to CFPB ( Complaint # XXXX ) on XX/XX/2023. On XX/XX/2023, Experian BLATANTLY stated in THAT RESPONSE that they were NOT GOING TO HONOR MY REQUEST even though THEY ARE IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW because I " DID NOT SUBMIT A VALID DETERMINATION LETTER FROM AN XXXX... '' Experian HAS NO LEGAL BASIS NOR AUTHORITY TO MAKE DETERMINATIONS AS TO THE VALIDITY OF A VICTIM DETERMINATION LETTER. NOWHERE IN THE FEDERAL LAW was Experian nor any credit reporting agency and/or data broker, provided or granted the leeway, legal basis, and/or legal authority to usurp or maneuver the law to deny trafficking victims their rights by making their own determinations as to the " validity '' of their XXXX victim determination letters.
