On XX/XX/2022 I was given the pre-approval with the mortgage company Veterans United for a mortgage of up to {$140000.00} with the current state of my hourly pay at {$13.00}. The hone I planned to purchase was accepted as an offer of {$130000.00}. Upon us paying for the inspection and then the appraisal as the purchaser it seemed ironic when the seller would be able to use the appraisal and inspection reports upon the sale whether this contract succeed or another buyer is located. Upon XX/XX/XXXX the purchase signed agreement was completed, with the tentative closing date to which would be XXXXas we came close to the closing date the Veteran 's United team provided the final underwrite review they were concerned about some of the bills which could have easily been paid and rolled into the loan if the were obstacles that were there in the initial preapproval of the application. Without regards for the partner, XXXX XXXX, acting as my proxy during the entire process having the requested actions or documents needing review be the denied mortgage and unnecessary cost incurred should be reassessed as to who should pay when best practice would dictate the seller in any case.
