Transunion has let this problem go on Since XX/XX/2023. I told them the day of the event, that a fraudulent inquiry made on my account from XXXX XXXX XXXX I called the bank which confirmed to remove it and they will notify the credit companies let the credit companies knowthen I followed up with the credit companies. Transunion has failed to correct the error, I also received the letter from XXXX stating that the inquiry was fraudulent and should be removed, I still have the XXXX letter as proof, I put in two investigations with Transunion and and the inquiry still has not been removed for over 90 days im well within legal limits to take action against Transunion due to negligence. XXXX has Co-operated, Transunion has not. You cant keep a fraudulent inquiry on my account when the bank agreed it was in error.
