Discover has been denying my payments due to an error on their end. My payments have been rejected by Discover since XX/XX/2023. I became aware of this issue in XX/XX/2023. Tried to fix by sending another check that was rejected once again by Discover in XX/XX/2023. Because Discover is rejecting my payments, they have put my account in delinquency, charged me with late fees, and lowered my credit score. I've had a similar issue with Discover a couple years ago, I did not receive any response until filing a complaint through CFPB. XX/XX/2023. I tried to find a resolution multiple times before submitting this complaint. Discover still claims to be unable to assist and has offered no resolutions. XXXX - Called discover, Agent could not help. Agent forwarded me to another department ( which was closed ) XXXX - Called back trying to resolve, agent forwarded me to supervisor XXXX - supervisor says to call the other bank ( XXXX ). I ask her to hold as I call my other bank. Discover agent disconnects the call. XXXX - I confirmed with XXXX. No charges from Discover were attempted or made. recorded the conversation ( recorded ) XXXX - called back Discover. XXXX located in Delaware XXXX EST was unable to help. Said to call back tuesday.
