On XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to retrieve information from a reporting company i have no knowledge of that reporting a charge off on my credit profile. The company updated my credit report which manipulates the statute of limitations as well as never produced the proof of this alleged debt. Thus violating 15 USC 1692 ( e ) false and misleading representation and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) Unfair practices. Springoakcap is the company that is violating my rights to privacy under the Privacy Act of 1974 due to not providing the evidence of myself and the company doing any business together and possibly acquiring my personal information illegally. Also, violating federal law 15 USC 1681 not reporting information that is 100 % accurate. Under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v Gravens ( Mo ) 281 SW 715, 719, i can only presume that no proof of the alleged debt or any debt means no debt exists. Please remove this charge off from my credit report immediately because it is damaging myself and my families well being. Sprinoakcap charge off.
