REOPENING CLAIM XXXX I have received NOTHING IN WRITING from Pennymac despite promise to mail escrow documents and statement plus summary of the claim. The only information I have received is the attachment to the claim on the Consumer Finance website under my claim. Pennymac is NOT doing what they promised. I have NEVER signed up for electronic documents. They keep sending me SPAM asking me to sign up for it, and I keep deleting without doing so. What are my next steps? Do I have to refinance to get away from Pennymac 's failure to send me documentation as required by law?
