I applied and got approved for a first digital card. I gave them my address in Montana because I am a travel worker. 2 months later my card still hasnt arrived. I requested a new one and they assured me that it would be here within 14 days. Still no card. I have until this month to activate a card before my account gets cancelled and they steal my membership fee and annual fee. They are aware of this situation, and chose to do nothing about it. Upon my last complaint I was told I could cancel my account with the card numbers on the card provided to me. No card was provided! They are literally stealing my money and trying to get away with it! They reached out to me on XX/XX/XXXX with the cancellation suggestion and I cant even navigate the phone menu because I dont have a card! And I was assured on XX/XX/XXXX I would receive my card in 14 days
