The following information is inaccurate and doesn't belong to me and is fraud. I demand immediate removal and block from future reporting. Failure to remove will result in a lawsuit. This information has damaged my credit and kept me from purchasing my home. Late payments are considered credit transactions it is illegal to report this credit transaction which is a violation of the FCRA these items have dropped my score over XXXX points I am prepared to exercise my consumer rights and take every bureau to court proving I never gave authorization to any of these companies. Credit bureaus do not have authority to report any of the information on my credit report right to privacy. The law states all information must be reported accurately or be deleted. Attatched is as demand letter an intent to sue the credit bureaus if this information is not deleted from my credit bureau immediately Until I fully understand this tradeline, I never had this information I wont know whether I should dispute either the credit reporting or its underlying debt pursuant to FCRA, FDCPA, or other applicable statutes. Please know that I have received authoritative 15 U.S.C. 1679a ( 3 ) assistance in framing and sending this reasonable request and that I stand ready to escalate further should I not receive the information within 30 days because you may have seriously damaged my rights, personal reputation, and financial standing.
