Consumer Narrative

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding violations of my rights and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) by XXXX, as governed by 15 USC 1681 . As a natural person and a living human being, I have federally protected consumer rights under 15 USC 1681, and I assert that XXXX has infringed upon these rights on multiple occasions. I demand immediate deletion of the following accounts listed below in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. List of Accounts : XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX - XXXX I affirm that I did not provide XXXX with authorization to furnish these accounts, and their inclusion on my credit report violates my right to privacy and confidentiality, as protected under 15 USC 1681 . The violations committed by XXXX are as follows : Violation of 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A : This section establishes my right to privacy. Violation of 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : This section states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Violation of 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section : This section prohibits any consumer reporting agency from including certain adverse items of information on a consumer report, except for records of convictions of crimes that antedate the report by more than seven years. Violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) : This section states that a person shall not furnish any inaccurate information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if they have knowledge or reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Moreover, the consumer reporting agencies have violated the United States Code Law ( TILA 15 U.S. Code 1666 ( b ) billing error ). Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered multiple billing errors under 15 U.S. Code 1666 ( b ) billing error, including : The creditor 's failure to reflect properly on a statement any sort of relevance towards a payment made by the obligor or a credit issued to the obligor. A computation error or similar error of an accounting nature of the creditor on a statement. As per my understanding, the creditor failed to provide me with a statement 21 days prior, which should have resulted in no late payments on these accounts. I demand substantial evidence from the creditor 's bank account that proves I did not make the payment and that it was mistakenly marked as late, as this is clearly a billing error. All the items mentioned below should be promptly updated on my consumer report as agreed upon. Accounts : XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX As a consumer, it is my right under the law to request immediate updates to these accounts mentioned in this letter. Failure to comply will result in my pursuit of monetary compensation for the violation of my rights through a small claims court in my city and state under 15 USC 1681n civil liability. Please be advised that I have already escalated this matter by filing complaints through the Complaint Portal for the State Attorney General 's Office, Better Business Bureau, and Federal Trade Commission. Furthermore, I urge you to note that the inquiries mentioned in my complaint must be removed immediately, as I have contacted the respective companies and they have failed to provide any proof of my authorization for these inquiries or a permissible purpose. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I request a prompt investigation and resolution of the violations mentioned above. Please notify me of any actions taken or any additional steps I should follow. Signed, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
