I paid for a trip to XXXX with a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX. The company went out of business. As soon as I found out that the company went out of business I called capital one. They refunded my money but then took it back saying I was past the deadline. I paid for the trip well before the trip was going to happen. I contacted capital one as soon as I found out the business went under. I could not have known the business would go under. If I had known, I would've canceled the trip and received my refund from capital one in a timely manner.
