This promulgated complaint is asserted against all three credit reporting agencies of XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX for reporting incorrect, incomplete, and unverifiable information that is violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act and or the 14th amendment to the United States Constitution under the due process clause. The said account at issue is called XXXX XXXX under account number # XXXX. A dispute was filed with all three bureaus contesting the numerous errors and discrepancies and all 3 bureaus denied my disputes and stated all the information in their reports was correct and was verified. No other disputes are pending or been filed on this account. In support of this complaint, the herein consumer incorporates a copy of his smart credit 3 bureau report so all 3 reports can be seen side by side by side so all errors and discrepancies can be seen so all will see that all 3 reports are completely different and in no way can be considered correct or be verified when all are so different. The said errors are as follows : 1. Both XXXX and Equifax report the high balance as XXXX. Contrary, XXXX reports the high balance as XXXX. 2. Both XXXX and Equifax reports date of last activity as XX/XX/XXXX. Contrary, XXXX reports XXXX. as XX/XX/XXXX. 3. Both XXXX and XXXX report date of last payment as XX/XX/XXXX. Contrary, Equifax reports date of last payment as XX/XX/XXXX. 4. XXXX and XXXX both report credit limit as XXXX. Contrary, Equifax reports the credit limit as XXXX. 5. Both XXXX and Equifax reports are missing Date verified. 6. XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax reports are missing Date account was closed. 7. XXXX report under dispute status says account is not disputed. Contrary on same XXXX report under Creditor 's remarks, it says account is disputed. Both can't be correct. 8. XXXX report under Creditor 's remarks says account is disputed. No disputes exist or are pending. Once the dispute process was completed, XXXX was legally obligated to remove all codes and remarks from the account regarding being disputed. XXXX failed to remove all codes and remarks from the account. 9. Experian report shows under dispute status that account is not disputed. Contrary on same report under Creditor 's remarks it says account is disputed. Both can't be correct. It is or isn't disputed. 10. Experian report under Creditor 's remarks says account is disputed. Once dispute process is over, XXXX was obligated to remove all codes and dispute remarks from the account or report which XXXX failed to do. 11. Equifax report shows under dispute status and XXXX 's remarks that account is disputed. No disputes are pending and Equifax was legally obligated to remove any and all dispute codes or dispute remarks from the report and Equifax failed to do so. 12. XXXX report is missing all payment history from it's 2 year payment history calendar. 13. Finally, all three bureaus report Different payment history under their 7 yeardays late history. XXXX reports XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. XXXX reports XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. Equifax reports XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. All are different. No way can all 3 bureaus verify all information as correct when all 3 reports have so many discrepancies and mismatched information from same account.
