I purchased a Vanilla Visa Gift Card- before I could use it, the card was compromised- I've called the number in the back of the card- XXXX they keep telling me that they will be sending me a form, via email, their claim form to file a dispute, however, to date I haven't received this form. I phone all the time and still haven't received resolution to the issue. I purchased a Vanilla Visa gift card at XXXX for XXXX in XXXX and would like this to be resolved. According to the back of the card, they are serviced by InComm Financial Services.
