I have filed a claim because there has been fraudulent things being done on my consumer report by XXXX, XXXX XXXX & Equifax all three credit bureaus have been adding inquiries on my consumer report and collections that I do not authorize. No unauthorized user can BY LAW be falsely reporting things on my consumer report affecting my creditworthiness. I, the original Creditor do not owe any debt ; and the debt has also been disputed and sold to another 3rd party. I ask for any reporting agency and 3rd party to provide me documentation of an Original Contract signed by me & another party validating the alleged debt I Owe. A third party does not have an original contract with my signature used as an negotiable instrument Title 12 and by law if they do they would have to disclose this information stating I am the Creditor, & consumer funding the account with my signature as an Negotiable Instrument Which is another violation of these public institutions under U.S. code 15 USC 1611, 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ).
