Hello I requested to do an international transfer from my account in PNC Bank in the USA ( US dollar account ) to an account in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ( US dollar account ). the amount is XXXX XXXX dollars. PNC bank exchanged the amount for XXXX dollars without my approval or notification, which resulted in losing XXXX dollars. I sent XXXX US $ and received XXXX US $ my first complaint is the unapproved money exchange from US $ to CAD . I did not request it. my second complaint is the low transfer rate that the bank decided to use. I asked the bank to reverse the transaction and they told me that I will lose more money if I do that.
