I am writing to request the immediate deletion of certain information that is being reported on my credit file, which is in violation of the Metro 2 Credit Reporting Guidelines. The inaccurately reported information is causing significant harm to my credit standing and financial well-being. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter. Cease and desist asap *Under 15 U.S. Code 1602 ( p ) - unauthorized use of my information As defined by the IRS Even if you didn't receive a tax form 1099-c you must report cancelled debt and gross income The IRS clearly states charge off as income the reporting of this account is inaccurate. I have done my own investigation and have researched numerus legal cases in which other consumers were victims of the same things that I am now experiencing, and the courts have ruled each an every time that the credit reporting agency could not merely parrot information from the creditors and/or collection agencies.
