I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX about account # XXXX and asked them to delete this inaccurate derogatory account. They stated that everything is accurate 3 times now! But everything is still the same and the account information is STILL INACCURATE!! This is XXXX!! They have once again broken the law! 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. I have NEVER given written consent to publish ANYTHING on my credit report which is also ILLEGAL!! I DEMAND that the accounts be deleted IMMEDIATELY! They have also violated these multiple laws below, 15 U.S. Code 1681a 15 U.S. Code 1681 15 U.S. Code 1681i And according to the FRCA 15 USC 1681 everything has to be 100 % Accurate. I have the credit report showing the inaccuracies. Their illegal actions are costing me and my daughter to live in unsafe circumstances because I can't get proper housing or transportation! If they do not delete these accounts from my credit profile permanently I will take further action and they will be liable to pay me {$1000.00} per violation!
