I have tried numerous of times to get XXXX to remove this fraudulent account. I have called and talk to numerous people about this account. every time i talk to one representative they move the collection to another collection agency. This account is not mines. I only ever check to see if XXXX comes to my residence which they do not. I have tried to resolve this account numerous of times with XXXX and no resolution. not only that XXXX have taken money out of my account numerous times for this account. i have a police report for identity theft and they keeping this account open is not accurate information
