I am aware that it is my responsibility to pay supplemental real estate taxes and I have paid them and I am NOT delinquent. To receive *FALSE and INTIMIDATING notices from a debt collector, especially when my bills are ALL PAID IN FULL - is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
