I have reached out to XXXX, TRANSUNION & XXXX And they are illegally reporting fraudulent information on my consumer report. I have filed a few FTC reports and have requested that the closed account with XXXX with the balance of {$2100.00} listed on my FTC REPORT Be removed from XXXX, TRANSUNION & XXXX. I have also requested that the closed account XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Be removed from my XXXX Consumer report. It has been removed from my TRANSUNION & XXXX Report but XXXX keeps fraudulently reporting this account and says its verified which is false. XXXX XXXX TRANSUNION XXXX XXXX sent me correspondences saying " Based on our review of your request and the information available to us, we have determined that either : your request to block was made in error, or, your request to block information was based on a material misrepresentation, or, you knowingly obtained or should have known that you obtained possession of goods, services, or moneys as a result of one or more of the transactions that you are seeking to block. '' CONGRESS SAYS THAT a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than XXXX business days after the date of receipt by such agency of ( XXXX ) appropriate proof of the identity of the consumer ; ( XXXX ) a copy of an identity theft report ; ( XXXX ) the identification of such information by the consumer ; and ( XXXX ) a statement by the consumer that the information is not information relating to any transaction by the consumer. I HAVE ATTACHED MY FTC REPORT, MY ID, MY BANK STATEMENT AS WELL. Please do not sent me a letter saying That this is an error as I am telling you no this is not an error.
