I am submitting this Complaint to bring to TransUnion 's immediate attention a serious discrepancy in the information that TransUnion have reported on my credit profile. It has come to my attention that TransUnion are currently reporting a DELETED account/information from other credit bureaus. I must remind TransUnion that as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), it is paramount that the information TransUnion report is 100 % accurate. Therefore, I demand that TransUnion IMMEDIATELY REMOVE this account from my credit report as soon as possible. It is evident that there has been a grave oversight on the part of TransUnion Credit Bureau. The fact that TransUnion are still reporting an account/information that has been deleted by other bureaus suggests a blatant violation of the FCRA regulations XXXX I can not stress enough the importance of maintaining accurate and up-to-date credit information, as it directly affects my financial well-being.
