I am writing to request the immediate deletion of certain information that is being reported on my credit file, which is in violation of the Metro 2 Credit Reporting Guidelines. I have done my own investigation and have researched numerus legal cases in which other consumers were victims of the same things that I am now experiencing, and the courts have ruled each an every time that the credit reporting agency could not merely parrot information from the creditors and/or collection agencies.
