I was shopping for home and I am very displease and disappointed that I found fraudulent and illegal accounts on my consumer credit report. I was recently in a breach with XXXX and XXXX so that lets me know that my information have been exposed. However, I am under the impression that my information should always be protected. Now that these fraudulent accounts have come to my attention, you guys are violating me. Under 15 usc 1681g my consumer credit report should be secured and if not, The credit reporting agencies can be sued immediately. This is a defamation of character and is causing emotional stress on me and my family. I am trying establish a home and I need you guys to remove these illegal accounts immediately! This is also destroying my livelihood and should no longer be neglected. I will be contacting the CFO of each credit bureau to complain because this is not fair. Please respond immediately with removing and blocking this illegal accounts so i can successfully buy my home.
