I have submitted investigations with the credit bureau agency as well as the companies. There is to be a fraud alert on my account that if any account is to be open in my name I am to be called to confirm identity. My credit report was pulled and there are addresses, accounts, and loans in my name unauthorized by me. There accounts out of state that I don't or never resided in. I am asking that due to the FCRA section 604 this information be removed as I have not opened these accounts or given permissible purpose for these accounts to be on my credit.
