I have received a false credit inquiry on my XXXX credit report by a company called : Security Finance. The brick and mortar store shows to be at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. I received the notice through XXXX and consulted with a Fraud Restoration Specialist through XXXX at XXXX. She tried contacting Security Finance on the phone number provided but received nothing but recordings and directing her to a website. The website provided instructions if a credit dispute is required which simply requested a letter in writing to : Consumer Reporting, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, SC XXXX. I have written a letter via certified mail requiring Security Finance to remove the hard credit-pull from my credit history. I, nor my family, have instigated any reason for ay type of credit pull on our part or against my name.
