All three credit reporting agencies are reporting derogatory/inaccurate accounts on my consumer credit report. The accounts are listed as " charged off '' but I have never received a 1009C ( Cancellation of Debt form ) showing that the debt was cancelled. On XX/XX/2023, I reached out to each credit reporting agency regarding this matter, but nothing changed. The last date reported on some accounts are XX/XX/2023, so the inaccurate accounts have continued to be reported-even after the dispute. A couple of the accounts are showing the same account number but a different balance. I have copies of the letters that I sent to each credit reporting agency
