Experian is reporting closed and charged-off accounts as having current balance. still reporting closed and charged off accounts as current late payments accumulating monthly. Experian and other credit bureaus continue to show a debt for accounts that have been closed and charged-off. They are also showing a debt balance that includes accounts that have been totally deleted. I have never applied for credit at XXXX XXXX. They have run my credit fraudulently. Please show contract with XXXX XXXX and Credit Agreement. XXXX XXXX and XXXX are selling closed accounts, selling my personal information to XXXX and XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX and XXXX have not provided my with the 1099c when as requested. They have not provided me with a contract validating the debt. And after reporting this to all parties, they continue to violate my rights, working like a money cartel.
