U.S Auto sales went bankrupt and did a no recourse dealer retail agreement and then XXXX XXXX XXXX then they resold the debt to West Lake Portfolio Management which is not correct. The debt was written off in a bankruptcy o i no longer own this debt. I did in house financing so if the company went bankrupt so did the debt. I made all my payments on time it say debt paid off on my credit report. Not to mention West Lake has all the incorrect information on file.
