So I pulled my credit report XX/XX/. Upon reviewing my consumer report I noticed a huge amount of inaccuracies on my report. I reached out to XXXX XX/XX/. I reached out to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/. I reached out to XXXX on XX/XX/. I sent them all a copy of my report with the highlighted inaccuracies and all three bureaus sent me a letter back saying that the accounts were verified or updated, but they did not correct or delete the inaccuracies which is causing me severe hardship, .mental anguish, and XXXX! I also informed them that they are breaking the law!!! According to FCRA { 15 U.S.C. 1681 }. I am demanding that this information be removed immediately! Pursuant to U.S.C. 1681 ( A ) ( B ) They did not meet the needs of commerce because this is not fair and equitable to me regarding confidentiality, accuracy or relevancy. The information is not accurate! This information is not accurate. If these transactions even took place, they should have been confidential so you in fact violated my right to privacy. You are in violation of Pursuant to U. S. C. 1681 ( D ) ( 2 ) ( a ) if this was a factual transaction, ( which you should not know because you were not there ) then this should not even be reported because the FCRA states that transactions placed solely between the consumer ( me ) and the person making the report and IT SHOULD BE EXCLUDED FROM MY CONSUMER REPORT. Pursuant to U. S. C. 1681 ( B ) Did I give permissible purposes?? A credit report should only be filled with written instruction from ( the consumer to with whom it relates ). They are all violating my rights by reporting these false transactions. Since these inaccurate items have not been removed I am filing this complaint and my next step is going to congress. They sent me a letter that said verified but they furnished no contracts with my ( the consumer ) signatures! I have attached a letter with highlighted inaccuracies! I have also attached a copy of my dl, ssc and proof of address along with there responses to me.
