I noticed a pull XX/XX/23 on my XXXX report today. I called XXXX. After 39 minutes I hold, they said I need to call the company. I called Truist. They gave me a different number. I called the other number. They hung up on me after I asked them politely about the pull I did not authorize and obtaining a letter of deletion. I did not authorize this pull and need them to provide a letter of deletion to remove it from credit reporting. I also had an inquiry from XXXXXXXX XXXX I did not authorize. I was unable to get in touch with them by phone.
