I now see this company " Convergent Outsourcing '' has posted a XXXX collection on MY credit reports. But I do not know " Convergent Outsourcing '' I never paid THEM anything. I only know XXXX, and I paid XXXX directly so there should NOT be any collections showed on my credit report for this XXXX matter and definitely NOT Convergent Outsourcing.
