I had an appraisal on my home in XX/XX/XXXX to have my XXXX removed. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made an over the phone payment to the mortgage company to lower my balance below the threshold required for removal. The XXXX was not removed. XX/XX/XXXX, the XXXX is still not removed after multiple calls inquiring as to why. The mortgage company then made me get another appraisal, which they are charging me {$190.00} for, because the previous appraisal expired after 90 days. The XXXX was removed mid XX/XX/XXXX. Im seeking a refund for the XXXX payments that I continued to make after the first appraisal process was complete, from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. The company has already agreed that a refund will be provided. I called in XX/XX/XXXX and the company said the refund would apply to my XXXX payment. It wasnt. Then I called in XX/XX/XXXX and the company said it would be applied to my XXXX payment. It wasnt. Then I called again on XX/XX/XXXX, and now they company is telling me that it wont be resolved until XX/XX/XXXX. It is now over a year since this process began and they wont give me my money back after a mistake they made by not originally processing the XXXX removal correctly on XX/XX/XXXX.
