I was able to talk to a customer rep through Union Home Mortgage who was sold my loan by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I shared with her that I requested the following documents that include but are not limited to : Certificate of existence Articles of Organization Articles of incorporation Foreign Qualifications, XXXX business licensing and permits federal tax ID. Copy of all paperwork and contracts pertaining to the sale of my loan as well as the financial and structural relations Union Home mortgage has with XXXX. I asked If there was an email address I could send a written request to? Her response was baffling. She stated to me to use the same email I had been using with XXXX because they were still affiliated. I stated to her that it seems suspicious and unethical that one company would sell my loan to another shell company owned by XXXX Most likely to limit liability after an influx of unpayable loans. Furthermore, please specify what currencies Union Mortgage will be accepting for payments should the sale be legal. Is union mortgage accepting Fiat dollar? If they are not, then the Mortgage is voided. Additionally on XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter stating that my loan was again sold from Union home mortgage to union home mortgage which is even more strange.
