I sent them proof of my income and now they are saying that I underpaid by {$2900.00} in the last year and are now trying to to say I owe all of that plus my usual monthly payment on the XXXX. I did the math and there is no way I underpaid by that much. I have called Launch Servicing 3 times, and talked to 3 different people in the past day. Nobody is willing to help. I have tried to explain my situation, how I did the math and how it didn't add up, but they could care less. They are acting like they could never make a mistake and I'm crazy for saying that it is not adding up at all. They refuse to tell me where they got that number from. The only thing I have gotten any of them to say about it is why one of the people I talked to " feels '' about why I am getting charged that much.
