It was a bank error which occurred, and I have always been on time with no issues. Fraudulent activity occurred on my credit card with XXXX and I followed protocol and reported it stolen and lost to bank. However, the representative did not document correctly and immediately close the account which no longer exist. When I went to branch, they were aware of issue. My payment went to a different account versus the account title under my name.
