I disputed numerous accounts and a bankruptcy with XXXX on XXXX and they reported that there was no bankruptcy and no negative accounts on my report. I disputed the same with Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX on XXXX. An investigation supposedly done and nothing changed. I even called transunion and XXXX. I spoke to XXXX XXXX a supervisor from transunion which did not give me his ID and refused to give me anything else but his name. I asked him for the method of verification if there was in fact an investigation done and he had no information about the third party used and all he had was a phone number in which in fact wasnt even a third party number in which they use to verify. He said no information was on file about their method of verification. I called XXXX and same scenario no third party information was given and just gave me the same number in which is not a third party. The number was from a court in which do not share nor provide any information to credit companies. According to the law 15 us 1681 ( a ) consumer rights to privacy was infringed upon and 15 us 1681 ( b ) ( 2 ) I did not grant or give written instructions nor permissible purpose.
