I have an account that is reflecting on my credit report that is duplicated and I have requested from the credit bureaus to dispute the account. This account is being reported by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX from an apartment complex. But it shows two separate accounts reporting on Experian with different acct numbers, different balances, different open dates and so on. This information is not reporting legally and it is not mine. Experian has failed to provide documentation that shows that this acct is mine. I want the assistance in removing this account from reporting on my credit report. I am actively trying to purchase a home and this is affecting my ability to do so. It is also affecting my credit score.
