My family paid off my student loans, which totaled right around XXXX between my grandfather and my mother. This was a significantly small amount of the total around {$3500.00} if memory serves. A few months go by and all the sudden Im getting collection calls from this company about the same loan that is paid off. At this point I was much younger and had no clue what to do, the loan they are calling about was originated the same day this other one was paid off supposedly. Although I had never taken out another loan. I have tried for years to get them to do anything other than put me on hold for extremely long stretches of time, to no avail. Im stuck this loan was paid in full years ago!
