I have had incorrect information reporting negatively on my account for years now. I eventually gave up trying to remove it because Experian had no interest in helping me and it was supposed to be falling off my report soon anyway. However, it keeps getting updated and the date of removal pushed back. I have no knowledge of this account nor did I ever give consent for my info to be used with this company. Experian needs to provide proof of these things, by law, to continue reporting the account in the first place. Now, I have disputed this with them multiple times to no avail, with them stating that they refuse to process the dispute unless I provide new information. This account has been keeping my score low with only Experian for a long time now, despite my excellent credit management. I'm tired of it and they need to be held accountable. Lastly, I would like to state that from the research I've done on the company reporting this erroneous info, it is a timeshare company, and they shouldn't be reporting info on ANYBODY 's credit report, as it's common knowledge that they are scammers.
