It is important to note that this dispute was not sent by an unauthorized third party or " credit clinic. '' I am writing to address the ongoing violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) that have yet to be resolved, despite my previous dispute letter. The violations are as follows : FCRA Section 607 ( a ) ( 4 ) - Consumer Right to Privacy : You are continuing to report fraudulent accounts on my credit report that do not belong to me, which is a clear infringement upon my privacy rights. As I mentioned before, I have the sole authority to determine what information should be considered private. I insist that my hard inquiries and account information not be shared on my credit report. FCRA Section 605B - Aggravated Identity Theft : Your continued sharing of my personal information with numerous creditors without obtaining my consent is a criminal act of aggravated identity theft. I remind you that this offense carries a penalty of up to 2 years of imprisonment. FCRA Section 603 ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) - Obligations with Respect to Disclosures of Personal Information : You have yet to fulfill your obligation to disclose my right to opt out of sharing my personal information. This omission is deceptive and a direct violation of my consumer rights. FCRA Section 623 ( a ) ( 3 ) - Furnishing Deceptive Forms : Despite my previous dispute, you persist in furnishing inaccurate inquiries and accounts without proper validation, which potentially violates Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ( GAAP ). Reporting such deceptive information is unacceptable In addition to the aforementioned violations, I remind you of the previous violations outlined in my initial dispute letter, including the violation of Debt Collection Practices Act, Identity Theft Laws, Acquiring Location Information Regulations, Timely Payments Regulations, Finance Charge Determination, and Credit Report Permissible Purposes. These violations require your immediate attention and resolution. Once again, I demand that you take immediate action to address these violations and fulfill the following requests : 1. FDCPA 807 False and misleading information FDCPA 812 Providing False and misleading Forms This agent failed to provide me with the required written notice five days in advance which is a violation of 15 USC 1692g.
