This complaint is for Incomm.I do not accept the terms, I have suffer intangible damage due to this mistake on behalf of Incomm and also my securities has generated interest over this course of time which is a form of Security fraud of a sort no amount of monies can replace the damages your company caused my family and I, it has been over 18 months to get this matter properly addressed. I have been talking to representatives from this company who informed me over 10 times that this matter would be handle with is a Flagrant violation under the law and has penalty when damages occur and just a return of my Securities is not equivalent this not a cure for the damage that has been done. I will not accept the refund without interest and damages from this company as a delay in efforts to get a resolution.Under regulatory compliance this act is considered money laundering. I am asking for {$1000.00} for punitive damages and interest as well as a return of my Securities of the whole transaction of {$170.00} not {$170.00} if not willing to comply i will be forced to take to Arbitrary Court or class claim this is Malicious and Deceptive business practices and is a violation of federal law company still holding Securities and gaining interest of it. Which is unfair.
