On XX/XX/2023 I obtained a consumer disclosure credit report from FActor Trust. The report number is XXXX. Factor Trust is housing and reporting inaccurate information. I have not given nor have I consented to Factor Trust sharing and or reporting any information as they have No Permissble Purpose. I hereby request that Factor Trust place a security freeze on my report and Cease and Desist from providing information about me. I have attempted to place the security freeze online via their website however the inaccurate information they have is not permitting me to do so. I've called XXXX for assistance and it all automated and no human answers to assist me.
