My husband and I filed for XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy in XX/XX/2020. Our Mortgage to Pennymac is paid outside of our bankruptcy and is not included. I have called Pennymac on numerous occasions to report accurately that we have continued making payments and that our account is still open, but they said they will not while we are in bankruptcy. I feel this is very unfair to us as a consumer because we do have an open account with them and have continued to pay our mortgage payment. I am including an activity payment log downloaded from Pennymac as proof of our payments. On XXXX and XXXX, our mortgage is listed as CLOSED. On XXXX, our mortgage doesn't even show up ( even though it used to ). I have put in a dispute with XXXX and XXXX in the past to get this resolved but with no luck. XXXX can't do anything because it doesn't appear on my report. Today, I once again put in a dispute with XXXX and XXXX to show account as open.
