I legally changed my name from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX and i am unable to update this information with XXXX and experian both accounts have locked me out or given me error messages when attempting to login to my account. I can only access XXXX XXXX but i am unable to update anything as the XXXX site says to go to the XXXX site. i am literally just trying to update my name and login to my accounts. I have all the proper documentation and court orders for my updated name and information. I need to know where to send it. XXXX had me file a dispute form and upload the documents but i am unable to do that for the other 2 companies. But i also have not been able to file any disputes with the other 2 companies as my accounts always give error messages. It honestly seems intentional like a way to prevent people from filing disputes. its making my life really difficul because of this error that is showing up with my name change in the SSA and Federal tax systems. Please let me know how to move forward. thank you.
