Hello, my name is XXXX XXXX. I had a debt claim that I have arranged a payment plan for and have been paying on for months. I got a letter in the mail from a totally different debt collecter asking for the same amount. Account number XXXX. I want this other one taken off of my account and whatever else it is on as I have been paying on it. I also do not want my information given to anyone else. Keep your records straight and quit trying to scam people out of even more money that your Company does not even deserve. The one I have made the arrangement with initially is National Recovery Agency. Since XXXX continues to sell my information, illegally, I want the other one dropped off. I have already given you more than deserved at this point.
