I sent this company correspondence several times via certified mail stating that I did not owe this debt and to cease and desist all communication and collection activities. They illegally reported to the XXXX credit bureaus and I have disputed with them and they have failed to comply as well. Not only did they ignore my demands, but they also continued to send collection letters from different agencies, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX claiming to represent XXXX in the matter. They have and continue to violate many of my rights under the FDCPA. I have also filed a complaint with the NY Attorney General.
