Preferred Credit Account Number XXXX Not only is this account not mine. I have absolutely no acknowledgement of this account. I have also provided you with my identity theft case number. This account is also being re-aged. I've disputed this account with the company and a letter was sent to me which I have provided. At the bottom is a signature ( not mine ) but states the customer may cancel without penalty or obligation if returned within XXXX business days which it was returned apparently within that time period. Not only should this account NOT be on my credit file due to credit theft but since it was returned in the appropriate time frame, there should not be any obligation PERIOD. This account has also been removed from XXXX and XXXX due to the company 's inaccuracies, yet XXXX has failed to do so even after providing proof And the company is refusing to remove it. Please delete it from my file.
