i have a auto loan with Santander. i had been in the hospital for four months. i called Santander approximately 4 times to make arrangements to make installment payments on my car note to bring them up to date. They agreed to take weekly payments of {$240.00}, which were automatically deducted from my account, which is current. Because I was in the hospital they allowed me to pay {$240.00} per week to play catchup to my car payments and made them current. So i would like them to retract the late notices on my credit report because they knew i was in the hospital and they agreed to make payment arragements.
