On XX/XX/2023, I notified Pentagon Federal Credit Union that for at least two months, unauthorized debits made by XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX had been made on my Pencheck plus account ( XXXX ) for at least two months, totaling for those two months at least {$280.00}. This account had been dormant for at least five years, probably longer. At that time, I requested the savings and checking accounts I had with PFCU be closed and all funds returned to me, with the unauthorized debits also returned to me. On XX/XX/2023, as no communication from PFCU was forthcoming, I again called. This time I spoke to " XXXX, '' going through the whole complaint again, making sure he saw the two months of unauthorized debits. In the first week of XXXX, having still heard nothing from PFCU, I called again, this time speaking to " XXXX. '' He assured me that two separate checks would be arriving soon, one for the checking account and one for the savings account. In the second week of XXXX, I received a check for {$1200.00}. At about the same time, I received a letter from PFCU listing five of eight unauthorized debits, and three debits that were authorized to a different company. On XX/XX/2023, I again called PFCU to report the missing and incorrect debits, speaking to XXXX. I asked about the second check and an accounting of what had taken place. She assured me that two checks had been mailed on XX/XX/2023. As of this date, no second check has arrived and I have not received an adequate account of what PFCU has done, with no explanation of how XXXX XXXX XXXX got my private information.
