On XX/XX/, I paid just over XXXX to Hyundai Motor Finance in XXXX Texas. They requested an odometer statement. I did it and got confirmation by docusign same day XXXX. XXXX asked about XXXX times and I filled it out on XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX of XXXX. I called several times. Finally hmf said they received it but I havent received the title. The buyer of my vehicle is threatening to walk away and I dont blame him ; they sold their vehicle already in anticipation of my vehicle sale. Please help! XXXX took my money immediately and I have no proof of actually owning my car and this have no ability to sell it. Ive already bought a new vehicle and am paying double insurance! Please help!
