I have already sent this company a letter to validate this claim that I have any contract with them. The company did not provide any information staying that I have any contract with them. So they has deleted this account from my consumer report. Also this company has many names that go by trying to be confusing to consumers that wrote me again try to collect on a debt that I do not owe to them. They are breaking the laws of the CFPB/FTC I have a right to privacy as well as a consumer. I also sent the a cease and desist letter and they still decided to break the laws by contacting me about debt I do not owe them I have no contract with them I will sue them if they decide to keep this up its a XXXX per volition. I will go to small clams court and get Remedy.
